摘要
针对在役装备升级改造工作性质交叉、内容扩展、场地延伸等特点,提出在役装备批量升级改造全流程质量提升工作应把握的关重环节。总结工作思路,给出实际的操作示例。结果表明:该研究可为装备主管部门、项目管理机构、承制承修单位、使用部队及监管军事代表的相关工作提供重要参考。
In view of the characteristics of ongoing equipment upgrades and modifications,such as the crossover of work nature,content expansion,and site extension,this paper proposes key steps to enhance the quality of the entire process for bulk upgrades and modifications of in-service equipment.The paper summarizes the work approach and provides practical operational examples.The results show that this research can offer valuable references for equipment management departments,project management organizations,manufacturing and maintenance units,user troops,and military supervisors in relevant work.
