摘要
本文针对埋地压力管道在复杂工况下的联合承载机理开展研究,提出基于多参数拟合的管土相互作用分析方法。通过建立考虑土体非线性特性的力学模型,结合正交试验设计和遗传算法优化,构建了管道-土体系统的多参数拟合模型。工程实例验证表明,该方法在管道应力预测和变形控制方面具有较高精度,最大预测相对误差不超过8%,旨在为埋地压力管道的安全设计与评估提供理论依据和技术方法。
In this paper,we carried out research on the joint bearing mechanism of buried pressure pipelines under complex working conditions,and put forward the pipe-soil interaction analysis method based on multi-parameter fitting.The multi-parameter fitting model of pipeline-soil system is constructed by establishing a mechanical model considering the nonlinear characteristics of soil,combining orthogonal test design and genetic algorithm optimization.The validation of engineering examples shows that the method has high accuracy in pipeline stress prediction and deformation control,and the maximum prediction relative error is no more than 8%.It aims to provide theoretical basis and technical methods for the safety design and assessment of buried pressure pipelines.
