摘要
玉米丝黑穗病(Sphaoelotheca reliana Var.zeae)是春玉米地区的重要病害。七十年代中期以来病害严重发展,给生产造成很大损失。实践证明,贯彻以抗病品种为中心的综合防治措施是防治此病的有效途径。研究品种抗病性与遗传是选育抗病品种的基础。本文报道我们于1976—1982年期间关于上述问题的研究结果。
A programme for screening the resistance of corn plants to head smut,(Sphacelotheca reiliana var.Zeae)was tried in 1976-82 on 750 inbred lines,hybrids and local varieties,in which 177(23.6%)showed varying degrees of resistance.A wide range of resistant sources have been selected,such as"Mo 17","Liao 1311","Dan 624","Wugong 107","Hobai","B 70","Ji 63","7091","Zhongdan No.2"and"Shaandan No.9",etc.The resistance is a numerical inheritance,and controlled by dominant nuclear genes,recessive genes or the genic interaction of several non-allele genes.Additive gene effects played an important role in the inheritance patterns with a frequency of 81.1%.There was a significant positive correlation(r=0.7998)between the infection of head smut in Fand their parents,and a significant negative correlation between the resistant F_(2) and susceptible F_(1)(r=0.7639).A conclusion was drawn henceforth,that,in order to select a resistant hybrid,both of the parents should be resistant,or at least,one of them be of the resistant line.
