摘要
随着雄性不育在杂交水稻生产土大面积地应用,研究不育胞质对杂交稻农艺性状的遗传数应问题已受到国内研究者们的重视。作者研究认为,水稻野败不育胞质与水稻保持系的正常胞质比较,对杂交稻产量优势表现出一定程度的负效应;但这种负效应在育性强恢复系的组合里可减轻到不显著的程度。
The male sterile-line Zhao Yang 1 A with the Gam-cytoplasm(cytoplasm-donor:Gambiaka Kokum,O.sativa L.Indica)and the maintainer Zhao Yang 1 B were crossed by three fertility-restoring lines IR24,IR30 and Shui Lian Gu to create sterile-line hybrids(aF)and their corresponding maintainer hybrids(bF).Comparisons between aFand bFwere made on ten traits including yield components.The results indicated that the grain weight of aF,in comparison with the corresponding bF’s,was decreased.The heterobeltiosis of bFin IR30 hybrids and Shui Lian Gu hybrids were highly significant or significant,but the aFones were not significant.It suggested that the Gam-sterilecytoplasm of rice showed negative effects on hybrid yield in the hybrids of restorers with rather weak restorability.
