摘要
IR24是野败型不育系最早配套的强优恢复系,尔后利用它选育出多种多样的衍生恢复系。因此,研究IR24的育性遗传,对培育杂交水稻新三系具有指导意义。
The distribution of the restoring genes was found in the pedigree of IR24 through the test-cross of its parents related.And the genotypes of the related parents were determined by statistical analysis of F’s fertility of the restoring and semi-restoring combinations.At the same time,the additive effect of fertility of the partly restoring parents was studied by crossing the semi-restoring parents with each other and then testcrossing their Fwith male sterile lines.The information mentioned above indicates that IR24 contains two pairs of major restoring genes of independent inheritance(RRRR).one of them(RR)comes from a late rice variety in south China,and the other(RR)comes from SLOwhich has relationship with Indian varieties.The restoring ability of the two looks different,and there is an apparent additive effect in genes of heteroplasmon.
