我国水稻农家品种酯酶同工酶地理分布研究 被引量:6

STUDY ON THE GEOGRAPHICAL DISTRIBUTION OF ESTERASE ISOZYMES IN NATIVE RICE VARIETIES OF CHINA

摘要 利用酯酶同工酶研究稻种起源、演变和亲缘关系,国内外许多学者作了大量的研究,取得了一定的进展。本文在前几年研究工作基础上利用聚丙烯酰胺凝胶电泳,对我国栽培稻农家品种和我国野生稻进行酯酶同工酶分析,研究我国农家品种酯酶同工酶地理分布,探讨我国栽培稻品种的起源和演变。 Isozymes polymorphism of esterase was investigated by polycrylamide gel electrophoresis in 1,933 native rice varieties from various parts of our country.Classification of 16 zymogram types of esterase isozymes was given and similarities of the zymograms between O.sativa and those of O.sativa L.f.spontanea were discovered.The analysis of geographical distribution of esterase isozymes showed that the zymograms are much more complex in the south-west China(including provinces of Fujian,Guangdong,Guangxi Zhuang Autonomous Region and Yunnan)and the middle reaches of the Yangtze River(including Hubei,Hunan,Jiangxi and Anhui).This fact suggested that the two areas can be considered as the centres of genetic diversity of rice.Some problems on the origin of rice were discussed.
