摘要
概况 新疆地区是我国典型的干旱地区,荒漠绿洲,灌溉农业,水利是农业的命脉,新疆农业发展规模,取决于水资源的合理开发利用的程度、特别是春季农业用水的保证程度。新疆水资源的特点是:水资源量有限,而相对数量又较丰富,全疆地表迳流884亿立方米,地下水动储量49亿立方米,人均占有水量6.577立方米,高于全国1.4倍;由于水资源分布的季节与地区不平衡,春早问题比较突出。
The rational exploitation and effective utilization of water resource are very impurtant for the development of agriculture in the dry region of Northwest China.In order to get the uptimai economic-ecological benefit the allocation of water resource in the dry region is neccessary in order to satisfy not only the requirement of ecological environment and the economic profit of agriculture,but also the comprehensive benefits of all other productive sectors.A goal programming model of rational exploitation and allocation of water resource was developed.Eight goals with different order have been considered in this model.i.e.the goals of ecological environment,the agricultural development including farming:forestry,animal husbandry,sideline occupation and fishery,the residential living level,etc.The mathematical model is described in detail,and the computerized results are analysed.
