中国山楂属植物染色体数目和同工酶的研究 被引量:8

A STUDY ON THE CHROMOSOME NUMBERS AND ISOZYMES OF CRATAEGUS PLANTS IN CHINA

摘要 山楂属(Crataegus L.)约1,000多种,分布于北温带,我国有16种。该属植物染色体的基数与梨亚科其它属植物一样(x=17),不少学者对此曾作过许多研究。染色体数目的研究涉及到的种约有百余种,也包括了我国产的一些种。 This paper reports the observation on the chromosome numbers of 8 species,3 varieties and 5 major cultivars of Crataegus plants in China,It was found that the cultivars"Mopan"(Millstone)and"Liaoning"(C.sanguinea Pall)were triploids(2n=51),and the remaining species and varieties were diploids(2n=34),Measurements were made for the lst time of the isozyme in 7 Crataegus species,2 varieties and 5 cultivars.The results showed that the esterase isozyme was unfit for the analysis of the leaves,young fruits and anthers of Crataegus plants;the peroxidase isozyme might give better results.The peroxidase isozymes in Crataegus plants had common spectrum of characters and a specific spectrum of enzymes of their own.The difference was more conspicuous between species.In other culfivars,except the"Mopan"and the Ruanzi"(softseeded)varieties,the difference was inconspicuous.
