摘要
以往文献报道,精液可受多种因素的影响,如稀释液的渗透压、保存时对精液透析与否和旋转与否、保存精液的容器中精液与空气量的比、精液保存时间都可影响精子的活率、受精率和受精蛋的孵化率。Wilcox和Shaffner(1957)的报道中说,禽精子保存于△为-0.607-0.639的稀释液中可以获得最高的受精率。
MTGA extender was used to compare the effects of different osmotic pressure ranging from 306 to 587 mOsm;dialysis vs no-dialysis;agitation vs no-agitation;semen:air ration(1:1,2:1,1:0);storage time(0-168 hrs.)on semen stored at 5℃.The semen quality was assessed by the motility and by the fertilizing capacity of spermatozoa stored from O,6 and 24 hrs.The results showed that the optimum osmotic pressure of the buffer for semen storage is 447mOsm;the treatment of no-dialysis and no-agitation is superior to dialyzed and agitated ones;the motilities of spermatozoa in the semen:air ratio of 1:1 and 2:1 are higher than in 1:0 at 6 and 48 hrs.The fertility of 6 hrs storage semen is comparable to unstored semen(90.7%to 87.6%),whereas the fertility of 24 hrs stored semen(49.3%)was significantly lower(P<0.01)than O and 6 hrs stored semen.
