摘要
大豆籽粒蛋白质含量的遗传研究,近年来国内外已陆续开展起来。美国Ishiges,T(1982)双列杂交试验表明:大豆籽粒蛋白质含量是以加性遗传为主,且受母体影响;吉林省农科院胡明祥等(1984)研究表明:F_(2)代大豆籽粒蛋白质性状的分离接近常态分布,且出现超亲现象;许多学者研究表明:大豆籽粒蛋白质F_(2)代的遗传力较高,为0.39-0.70。
Anhui Province,Iocated in latitude 29-34 N,is one of the ecological areas where sodhean has high protein content.The protein content of soybean in this area varies from 43.13%to 49.75%and the total amino acid content is from 41.479%to 46.697%.The studies on 20 characters of soybean,such as the content of protein and amino acids,showed that the genetic variation coefficient of these two characters is insignificant,not more than 1%;under 1%selection pressure,the related genetic advance is not more than 14%.Since the increase of protein and amino acid contents in soybean is unavailable through systematic selective breeding from local varieties,the introduc tion of new germplasm or the development of artificial induced mutation breeding is recommended.Fifty-four pairs of genetic correlative values related to protein and amino acids showed that varieties with high yield and longer growth duration had low contents of protein and amino acids,except the content of methoinine which was correlated positively with yield or growth duration with a genetic correlative coefficient of 0.4860 and 0.5936,respectively.Hence,for the increase of the ratio of methoinine content in total amino acids the high yield character of long growth duration may be chosen as the indirect index of selection.
