摘要
2016年,习近平总书记在党的新闻舆论工作座谈会上发表重要讲话,勉励媒体人成为全媒型、专家型人才,为新闻传播教育改革指明了方向。什么是全媒型人才?如何培养?全媒型人才与专家型人才如何兼具?本文基于清华大学“人文清华”讲坛的传播实践与教学经验,认为全媒型人才是“一专多通”的新型传播人才。提出通过项目导引模式,着力培养学生的内容生产与运营能力和贯通能力,以实现全媒型人才培养目标。
In 2016,General Secretary Xi Jinping delivered an important speech at the Party's news and public opinion symposium,urging media professionals to evolve into all-media,expert talents.This directive has clearly illuminated the path for transformative reforms in journalism and communication education.What exactly constitutes all-media talent?How are such talents cultivated?And how can one integrate both all-media and expert capabilities?Drawing from the communication practice and pedagogical experiences of Tsinghua University's"Humanities Tsinghua"forum,this study posits that all-media talents epitomize a new breed of communicators,proficient in"one specialty and multiple skills".It advocates for a project-guided approach to effectively develop students'abilities in content production and operations,alongside their cross-functional skills,aiming to fulfill the training objectives for all-media talents.
