锁口钢管桩围护工作井内大断面矩形顶管接收技术

Technology for Receiving Large-section Rectangular Pipe Jacking in the Working Shaft of Interlocked Steel Pipe Pile Enclosure

摘要 城市中心环境敏感,钢管桩围护结构工作井难以应用于顶管工程工作井,导致当下顶管工作井能耗、材料消耗均较大。依托云岭东路地下连通道工程,研究顶管接收井钢管桩围护工程应用,提出锁扣钢管桩+土中进洞的顶管接收施工工艺。对锁扣钢管桩单桩结构、锁扣连接、沉桩和拔桩施工工艺进行详细介绍,同时对顶管接收工艺进行介绍;工程实践和沉降监测结果均表明锁扣钢管桩+土中进洞的顶管接收工艺在环境复杂敏感的城区具有可行性。 Due to the sensitive environment in urban centers,steel pipe pile retaining structures are difficult to apply to pipe jacking engineering working wells,resulting in high energy and material consumption in pipe jacking working wells nowadays.Relying on the underground connecting passage project on Yunling East Road,we studied the application of steel pipe pile retaining engineering for pipe jacking receiving wells and proposed a pipe jacking receiving construction technique that incorporates locked steel pipe piles and tunneling into the soil.A detailed introduction was given to the construction process of the single-pile structure featuring lock-clamped steel pipe piles,lock-clamped connection,pile sinking,and pile extraction.At the same time,a detailed introduction was also provided to the pipe jacking receiving technique.Both engineering practice and settlement monitoring results indicate that the pipe jacking and receiving technique involving tunneling through soil with interlocking steel pipe piles is feasible in urban areas with complex and sensitive environments.
