高可靠性需求下的高耐压低温漂电源模块设计

Design of high-voltage and low-temperature-drift power supply module for high reliability requirements

摘要 针对现代复杂电磁环境下,无人机、无人战车等小型装备对电源模块小型化、低温漂、高耐压的迫切需求,解决常规集成LDO芯片易发生高压击穿、电路难以适配宽温域、瞬时超高压脉冲极端环境的问题,设计一款适配复杂电磁环境的低温漂抗高压电源模块。采用“外围防护+集成稳压”分层架构,保留LDO芯片底层设计;通过集成多级防护器件与改进变压器绝缘隔离技术,构建高压防护网络。采用温漂、相位裕度、电源抑制比(PSRR)仿真验证核心芯片性能,通过交流传导发射、输入特性、过载、AC耐压、ESD五项测试完成模块整体性能验证。仿真与测试数据显示,该模块在-55~150℃温域内温漂系数约14.8×10^(-6)℃^(-1);90~270 V输入范围内输出稳定,熔断器电流峰值为0.061~0.125 A,功率变化范围为6.85~7.25 W;AC 4000 V耐压测试无击穿现象,ESD接触放电-8~8 kV、空气放电-15~15 kV均合格;过载150 min时,外壳温度峰值55.8℃,变压器绕组温度峰值124.7℃,传导发射噪声符合B类标准。该电源模块实现了低温漂-高耐压-小型化的性能协同,满足无人机、无人战车等小型装备的使用需求,且具备较强可扩展性,能够为复杂电磁与极端温度环境下装备电源的可靠性提供技术支撑。 To address the urgent needs of small equipment such as unmanned aerial vehicles(UAVs)and unmanned combat vehicles for power modules with miniaturization,low temperature drift,and high voltage resistance in the modern complex electromagnetic environment,and to solve the problems that conventional integrated LDO chips are prone to high-voltage breakdown and circuits are difficult to adapt to extreme environments such as wide temperature ranges and transient ultra-high voltage pulses,a low-temperature-drift and high-voltage-resistant power module suitable for complex electromagnetic environments was designed.The“peripheral protection+integrated voltage regulation”layered architecture was adopted to retain the underlying design of LDO chips;a high-voltage protection network was constructed by integrating multi-stage protective components and improving transformer insulation isolation technology.Simulations of temperature drift,phase margin,and power supply rejection ratio(PSRR)were conducted to verify the performance of the core chip,and five tests(AC conducted emission,input characteristics,overload,AC voltage withstand,and ESD)were carried out to complete the overall performance verification of the module.Simulation and test data showed that the temperature drift coefficient of the module was approximately 14.8×10^(-6)℃^(-1)within the temperature range of-55-150℃;the output remained stable when the input voltage was in the range of 90-270 V,with the peak current of the fuse being 0.061-0.125 A and the power variation range being 6.85-7.25 W;the AC 4000 V voltage withstand test no breakdown,and the ESD contact discharge(-8-8 kV)and(-15-15 kV)air discharge all passed;when overloaded for 150 min,the peak temperature of the shell was 55.8℃,the peak temperature of the transformer winding was 124.7℃,and the conducted emission noise meets the class B standard.This power module achieves the performance synergy of low temperature drift,high voltage resistance,and miniaturization,meets the operational needs of small equipment such as UAVs and unmanned combat vehicles,and has strong scalability.It can provide technical support for the reliability of equipment power supplies in complex electromagnetic and extreme temperature environments.
