红砖粉掺杂生物炭载镍催化玉米秸秆热解产氢研究

Nickel-loaded Nickel-catalyzed Hydrogen Production from Corn Stover Pyrolysis by Red Brick Powder-doped Biochar

摘要 利用废弃红砖粉作为复合催化剂载体,通过酸、水热和掺杂生物炭活化等方法,制备金属镍改性的红砖粉基生物炭催化剂。结果表明:在优化制备条件下,该催化剂具有大比表面积和弱酸酸性特征,有效提高了对H_(2)的选择性。在催化玉米秸秆热解过程中,实现了高达65.5%的产气率和73.64 mL/g的H_(2)产率,较无催化剂条件显著提升31.82%。本研究不仅为废弃红砖粉的环保再利用提供了新途径,也为生物质能源的高效转化提供了技术支持,具有重要的环境和经济意义。 In this study,red brick powder was utilized as a composite catalyst carrier to prepare nickel-modified red brick powder-based biochar catalysts through acid activation,hydrothermal treatment,and doping with biochar.Results demonstrate that under optimized preparation conditions,the catalyst exhibits a large specific surface area and weakly acidic properties,which effectively enhance hydrogen selectivity.During the catalytic pyrolysis of corn stover,the catalyst achieved a remarkable gas production rate of 65.5%and hydrogen yield of 73.64 mL/g,representing a significant 31.82%improvement compared to non-catalytic conditions.This research not only provides an environmentally friendly recycling approach for waste red brick powder but also offers technical support for efficient conversion of biomass energy,demonstrating substantial environmental and economic significance.
