中间压力对补气增焓空气源涡旋热泵系统的影响研究

摘要 通过实验研究了中间补气压力对补气增焓空气源涡旋热泵系统的影响,结果表明,系统制热量和COP随补气压力的增大先增大后减小,存在最佳补气压力。不同工况下,系统最佳补气压力不同,但对应的补气支路制冷剂状态均为饱和态;当补气压力从最低值增大至最佳补气压力时,制热量平均增大7.8%,COP平均提升4.1%。因此,在实际机组的控制过程中,当机组处于补气模式时,应尽量降低补气支路制冷剂过热度,使其接近饱和态,以提高机组能效。 The influence of intermediate pressure on air-source scroll heat pump systems with gas-injected enthalpy enhancement is studied through experiments.The results show that the heating capacity and COP of the system first increase and then decrease with the increase of gas-injected pressure,indicating the existence of an optimal gas-injected pressure.Under different operating conditions,the optimal gas-injected pressure varies,but the corresponding refrigerant state in the gas-injected branch remains saturated.When the gas-injected pressure increases from the minimum value to the optimal gas-injected pressure,the heating capacity and COP improve by an average of 7.8% and 4.1%,respectively.Therefore,during the control of actual units operating in gas-injected mode,the superheat of the refrigerant in the gas-injected branch should be minimized to approach a saturated state to improve the efficiency of the units.
