摘要
高校党校教育培训是高校师生党员干部接受系统教育的主要途径之一,其教育培训质量直接影响高校党建工作成效与党员干部的理论与实践水平。文章阐述江苏高校党校教育培训工作质量提升的重要意义,分析江苏高校党校教育培训工作面临的问题,并从多元视角提出优化策略,如提升重视程度、加强组织领导,整合培训内容、优化课程设计,创新教育形式、加强阵地建设,实现资源贯通共享、夯实队伍建设,完善监督机制、加强组织协同等,力求为江苏高校党校教育培训工作提供精准化、特色化、长效化的路径参考,切实提升新时代高校党建工作的质量。
Party schools in universities are the main battlefield for the education of party members and cadres,and the quality of their education and training directly affects the effectiveness of party building work and the level of training for party members and cadres in universities.The article elaborates on the important significance of improving the quality of education and training in Jiangsu's university party schools,analyzes the problems faced by education and training in Jiangsu's university party schools,and proposes optimization strategies from multiple perspectives,such as increasing attention,strengthening organizational leadership,integrating training content,optimizing course design,innovating educational forms,strengthening battlefield construction,achieving resource sharing and consolidation of team building,improving supervision mechanisms,and strengthening organizational collaboration.It strives to provide precise,distinctive,and long-term path references for education and training in Jiangsu's university party schools,and effectively improve the quality of party building work in universities in the new era.
