摘要
针对机械厂连铸辊设计了一套密封系统,该系统由双层Y形橡胶密封圈(简称Y形圈)构成。通过有限元分析,得到过盈量和油压对Y形圈应力的影响规律,即随着过盈量的增大,Y形圈的最大接触应力先增大后减小,随着油压的增大,Y形圈的最大接触应力逐渐增大;从加压后Y形圈的接触应力变化,可以估计Y形圈老化后断裂失效的区域主要在凹槽部位。以氢化丁腈橡胶为主体材料和采用过氧化物硫化体系制得的Y形圈的密封性能良好。
A sealing system was designed for continuous casting roll in a machinery plant,consisting of double-layer Y-shaped rubber seal rings(referred to as Y-shaped rings).Finite element analysis was performed to determine the influence of the interference fit and oil pressure on the stress of the Y-shaped ring.The results showed that,as the interference fit increased,the maximum contact stress of the Y-shaped ring increased at first and then decreased,while the maximum contact stress of the Y-shaped ring gradually increased with increasing oil pressure.Based on the variation of contact stress of the Y-shaped ring under pressure,it could be estimated that the fracture failure area of the Y-shaped ring after aging mainly occurred in the groove area.The sealing performance of the Y-shaped ring using hydrogenated nitrile rubber(HNBR)as the main material and adopting a peroxide vulcanization system was excellent.
