GC-MS法同时测定食品接触材料及制品中3种甲酚异构体迁移量

Simultaneous Determination of Migration Levels of Three Cresol isomers in Food Contact Materials and Articles by Gas Chromatography-mass Spectrometry

摘要 目的为评估邻甲酚、间甲酚和对甲酚的迁移风险,建立GC-MS法测定食品接触材料及制品中3种甲酚异构体迁移量的分析方法。方法对于水基、酸性和含乙醇食品模拟物,用二氯甲烷进行萃取;对于橄榄油模拟物,用乙腈进行萃取;对于化学替代溶剂(95%乙醇和异辛烷),则采用直接液体进样方式,通过气相色谱-质谱法测定、外标法定量。结果3种甲酚异构体在0.30~3.0 mg/kg范围内有着良好的线性关系,相关系数大于0.997,方法的检出限均为0.1 mg/kg,定量限均为0.30 mg/kg,加标回收率在85.5%~110%之间,相对标准偏差(n=6)为1.9%~9.4%,通过对实际样品进行测试和评估,表明此方法具备较高的准确度和可靠性。结论该方法适用于食品接触材料及制品中甲酚迁移量的测定。 The work aims to evaluate the migration risk of o-cresol,m-cresol,and p-cresol by establishing a GC-MS method to determine the migration levels of these three cresol isomers in food contact materials and articles.For aqueous,acidic,and ethanol-containing food simulants,dichloromethane was used for extraction.For olive oil simulants,acetonitrile was employed.For chemical alternative solvents(95%ethanol and isooctane),direct liquid injection was adopted.The analysis was performed by gas chromatography-mass spectrometry(GC-MS)with external standard quantification.The three cresol isomers demonstrated good linearity within the concentration range of 0.30 to 3.0 mg/kg,with correlation coefficients exceeding 0.997.The method exhibited a limit of detection(LOD)of 0.1 mg/kg and a limit of quantification(LOQ)of 0.30 mg/kg for all analytes.Spiked recovery rates ranged from 85.5%to 110%,with relative standard deviations(RSD,n=6)between 1.9%and 9.4%.Testing and evaluation of actual samples demonstrated that this method exhibits high accuracy and reliability.This method is suitable for determining the migration levels of cresols in food contact materials and articles.
