摘要
某地标塔高度139.21 m,顶部莫比乌斯环施工存在定位难度大、吊装风险高、临时支撑措施困难等特点。文中以确保莫比乌斯环临时支撑系统的结构安全为出发点,结合MIDAS/Gen 2021有限元软件对临时支撑系统进行结构分析,探明最优的构件设计参数,确保支撑架系统结构可靠性;由监测结果可知,构件应力比均小于0.9;相对变形均满足刚度要求,挠跨比均小于规范规定的容许值;一系列技术措施确保了结构的顺利施工。
This 139.21-meter-high landmark tower features a Mobius ring at its top,the c onstruction of which involves significant challenges including precise positioning,high hoisting risks,and complex temporary support measures.Focusing on ensuring the structural safety of the temporary support system for the Mobius ring,this study performed a structural analysis of the support system using MIDAS/Gen 2021 finite element software to determine optimal component design parameters and guarantee the structural reliability of the support frame.Monitoring results demonstrated that all component stress ratios remained below 0.9,relative deformations met stiffness requirements,and deflection-span ratios were within code-specified allowable limits.The successful implementation of a series of technical measures ensured smooth construction progress.
