摘要
文章旨在推进油田生产管理信息化建设、加快数字化转型、提升智能化管理水平。本着“制度标准化、标准流程化、流程信息化”的工作思路,依据油田承包商管理办法,对工程项目承包商现场全过程管控的关键流程、重点环节进行研究分析,开展信息化、智能化、标准化等技术应用研究。通过现场快速部署物联网硬件终端,后台搭建数据库并开发数据平台,实现对工程项目承包商现场全过程管控的实时监管、及时预警、风险化解与提质增效,为油田企业加强工程项目承包商现场全过程管控提供技术支撑和先行经验。
This paper aims to promote the informatization of oilfield production management,accelerate digital transformation,and improve the level of intelligent management.In line with the working idea of“system standardization,standard process and process informatization”according to the management methods of oilfield contractors,the key processes and key links of the whole process management and control of engineering project contractors are studied and analyzed,and the application research of informatization,intelligence and standardization is carried out.Through the rapid deployment of the Internet of Things hardware terminals on the spot,the database is built in the background and the data platform is developed to realize the real-time supervision,timely warning,risk resolution,quality improvement and efficiency improvement of the whole process management and control of the engineering project contractor on the spot,so as to provide technical support and first experience for oilfield enterprises to strengthen the whole process management and control of the engineering project contractor on the spot.
