石英岩玉废料水热合成雪硅钙石的工艺与地质指示

The Process of Hydrothermal Synthesis of Tobermorite from Quartzite Jade Waste and Its Geological Indication

摘要 石英岩玉开采废料因回收难、含量低而被废弃,造成环境污染。研究以石英岩玉为原料,采用水热合成法制备雪硅钙石,探究反应温度、时间、液固比等因素对合成过程的影响,另借助XRD、SEM表征产物,从而实现废料高值化利用。选择雪硅钙石作为转化目标,具备地质成因合理性,同时可解决环保吸附、建材增强等领域需求。结果显示:240℃、6 h、液固比12∶1为最优条件,此时废料转化率高,雪硅钙石结晶度高且呈规则纤维状,性能与传统原料合成产物相近,当钙硅比为0.85时,晶体结构规则、结晶度高、杂质少;铁、铝、镁等杂质离子影响各异,但反应温度、压力和时间等因素起关键作用。性能分析结果表明,合成雪硅钙石结晶度高于85%,微观形貌独特,吸附性能优异、比表面积大,化学组成与性能紧密关联。研究结果可为石英岩玉废料处理提供技术方案,另可通过揭示“废料成分-合成性能”规律,推断矿体工业利用价值,进而反向指导石英岩矿体勘探。 The waste materials from quartzite jade mining are discarded due to difficulties in recycling and low content,causing environmental pollution.This study uses quartzite jade as raw material to prepare tobermorite by hydrothermal synthesis,exploring the effects of reaction temperature,time,liquid-solid ratio and other factors on the synthesis process.In addition,XRD and SEM are used to characterize the products,so as to realize the high-value utilization of waste materials.Choosing tobermorite as the conversion target has geological genesis rationality,and can meet the needs of environmental protection adsorption,building material reinforcement and other fields.The results show that 240℃,6 h,and a liquid-solid ratio of 12∶1 are the optimal conditions.Under these conditions,the waste conversion rate is high,the tobermorite has high crystallinity and presents regular fibrous shape,and its performance is similar to that of products synthesized from traditional raw materials.When the calcium-silicon ratio is 0.85,the crystal structure is regular,the crystallinity is high,and there are few impurities.Impurity ions such as iron,aluminum,and magnesium have different effects,but factors such as reaction temperature,pressure,and time play a key role.Performance analysis results show that the synthesized tobermorite has a crystallinity higher than 85%,unique microscopic morphology,excellent adsorption performance,and large specific surface area,with a close relationship between chemical composition and performance.This study can provide a technical scheme for the treatment of quartzite jade waste.In addition,by revealing the law of"waste composition-synthesis performance",it can infer the industrial utilization value of ore bodies,and then reversely guide the exploration of quartzite ore bodies.
