摘要
随着电梯保有量的持续增长,传统安全管理方式导致的电梯问题日益凸显。数字孪生技术通过多学科融合的方式,实现了物理与数字世界交互融合,可以为电梯安全管理带来新的突破。本文梳理出数字孪生体包含物理层、感知层、数据层、模型层、孪生层和应用层协同工作的6层架构;阐述了高保真三维模型构建及仿真、多源数据采集与融合等关键技术;实现了电梯安全管理中的故障预测及诊断、运维可视化、救援指引3类应用,提升了电梯安全管理效率与质量。未来,数字孪生技术将深化与物联网、人工智能结合,实现电梯全生命周期最优管理,助力电梯安全管理智能化发展。
With the continuous growth of elevator inventory,the limitations of traditional safety management methods have become increasingly apparent.Digital twin technology,through the integration of multiple disciplines,creates a virtual model synchronized with physical entities,enabling the interactive convergence of the physical and digital worlds and offering new breakthroughs in elevator safety management.This paper systematically expounds a six-layer architecture of digital twin,including the physical layer,perception layer,data layer,model layer,twin layer,and application layer,which collaborate synergistically.Key technologies,such as the construction and simulation of high-fidelity 3D models,as well as multi-source data collection and fusion,are elaborated.Three types of applications in elevator safety management are realized,namely fault prediction and diagnosis,visualized operation and maintenance,and rescue guidance,significantly enhancing the efficiency and quality of elevator safety management.In the future,digital twin technology is expected to further integrate with the Internet of Things and artificial intelligence,achieving optimal management throughout the entire elevator life cycle and facilitating the intelligent development of elevator safety management.
