摘要
2025年10月,欧洲复苏委员会(European Resuscitation Council,ERC)发布了《2025年ERC心肺复苏指南》,其中新生儿复苏和婴儿出生过渡期支持指南为新生儿提供了从出生时复苏到院外过渡的系统化支持方案,涵盖分娩前准备、医护人员培训、体温管理、脐带管理策略、生命体征评估与干预、紧急血管通路的建立、资源有限及院外场景应对、家长沟通技巧以及暂停与终止复苏的原则。本文对指南更新内容进行解读,以供参考。
In October 2025,the European Resuscitation Council(ERC)released the European Resuscitation Council Guidelines 2025.The section on newborn resuscitation and support of transition of infants at birth provides a systematic support approach for neonates,covering preparation before delivery,training of healthcare staff,thermal management,umbilical cord handling,assessment and intervention of vital signs,establishment of emergency vascular access,management in resource-limited and out-of-hospital settings,communication skills with parents,and principles for temporarily discontinuing or terminating resuscitation.This article offers an interpretation of the updated guideline content for reference.
