摘要
地铁车站面临的应急场景众多且复杂,站务人员的业务技能水平直接关系到乘客出行安全的保障效果,而应急演练是提升车站人员业务能力的关键手段。目前车站主要通过纸质台账记录演练开展情况与过程中的问题,但此类台账在数据统计与分析方面存在局限性,难以助力车站高效掌握演练进度、精准定位员工业务薄弱环节。为此,文章提出一种基于技能图谱的应急演练系统,在满足车站应急演练开展要求、整合演练登记表信息的基础上,借助知识图谱技术实现对演练数据的深度挖掘与智能关联,可全面梳理站务人员的业务技能现状,同时有效弥补纸质台账的不足。系统可清晰呈现各项演练要点及实施情况结果,使员工快速提升业务技能,并使管理者掌握员工业务薄弱点,进而为优化演练方案、强化人员能力提供支撑,保障乘客安全出行。
Metro stations confront numerous and complex emergency scenarios.The professional skill level of station staff is directly related to the effectiveness of ensuring passenger travel safety,and emergency drills are a key means to improve station personnel's operational capabilities.Currently,stations mainly use paper records to log issues and progress during drills.However,such records have limitations in data statistics and analysis,making it difficult to help stations efficiently grasp drill progress and accurately identify employees'weak professional areas.To this end,this article proposes an emergency drill management system based on skill graphs.On the basis of meeting the requirements for conducting station emergency drills and integrating drill registration form information,the system utilizes knowledge map technology to achieve deep mining and intelligent association of drill data.It could comprehensively sort out the current status of station staff's professional skills while effectively compensating for the shortcomings of paper records.The system could clearly present key points of various drills and their implementation results,enabling employees to quickly improve their professional skills and managers to identify employees'weak points,thereby providing support for optimizing drill plans,strengthening personnel capabilities,and ensuring safe passenger travel.
