摘要 城市轨道交通的服务质量与乘客出行时间成本之间存在显著博弈关系。为推动行业高质量发展,需以客流为驱动,实现服务质量与出行成本的动态均衡,进而制定差异化开行方案。其中,跨线列车与快慢车相结合的运输组织模式有助于缩短长距离乘客的出行时间,显著提升服务水平。文章以具备跨线运营条件的线路为研究对象,在既有线路跨线车站的位置与数量已明确的前提下,开展开行方案优化研究。研究过程中,首先分析线路通过能力,对客流进行划分,再借助Logit模型开展路径选择分析,进而计算不同类型乘客的出行时间。在此基础上,构建非线性整数规划模型,以实现服务质量与运营成本均衡为目标,对跨线与快慢车结合的差异化开行方案进行优化,并采用改进的自适应遗传算法对该模型进行求解。研究结果表明,与传统单一直通运营模式相比,该模式可有效降低乘客出行成本与企业运营成本,为网络化运营提供策略参考。 There is a significant game relationship between the service quality of urban rail transit and passenger travel time costs.To promote high-quality development of the industry,it is necessary to be driven by passenger flow,achieve a dynamic balance between service quality and travel costs,and subsequently formulate differentiated operation plans.Of which,the transportation organization mode combining through trains and express/slow trains helps shorten travel time for long-distance passengers and significantly improves service levels.This article takes lines with through operation conditions as the research object and optimizes operation plans,given that the locations and quantities of through stations on existing lines are already defined.During the research process,line capacity is first analyzed,passenger flow is segmented,and then path choice analysis is conducted using a Logit model to calculate travel times for different types of passengers.On this basis,a non-linear integer programming model is constructed,so as to achieve a balance between service quality and operating costs to optimize the differentiated operation plan combining through and express/slow trains,and an improved adaptive genetic algorithm is used to solve this model.The research results show that compared with the traditional single direct operation mode,this mode could effectively reduce passenger travel costs and enterprise operating costs.The calculation method for train departure interval under overtaking conditions is also summarized.
