摘要
我国城市轨道交通行业正处于转型升级的关键时期,内外部发展环境与增长动力发生深刻变化。为适应行业发展趋势,有必要深入分析行业发展面临的新问题、新挑战,在城市轨道交通规划设计过程中不断创新理念与方法,积极探索新形势下城市轨道交通可持续发展路径。为此,文章系统分析城市轨道交通规划设计阶段面临的多重挑战:在规划层面,需应对人口结构变化、出行需求多元化与出行品质化升级等新形势;在设计层面,需破解工程建设成本管控、土地资源集约利用、“韧性城市”建设标准、多业态协同发展等关键问题。针对上述挑战,研究提出涵盖规划理念创新、设计思路调整的应对策略,以期为推进城市轨道交通高质量发展提供参考和借鉴。
Currently,the urban rail transit industry in China is at a critical stage of transformation and upgrading,with profound changes in both internal and external development environments and growth drivers.To adapt to industry development trends,it is necessary to conduct an in-depth analysis of the new issues and challenges faced by the industry,continuously innovate concepts and methods during the urban rail transit planning and design process,and actively explore sustainable development paths for urban rail transit under the new situation.To this end,this article systematically analyzes the multiple challenges at the planning and design stages of urban rail transit:at the planning level,new circumstances such as demographic changes,diversified travel demands and the upgrade towards higher-quality travel experiences need to be addressed;at the design level,key issues to be solved include construction cost management and control,intensive land resource utilization,construction standards for“resilient cities”and coordinated multi-format development.Targeting the above challenges,the research proposes countermeasures covering planning concept innovation and adjustment to design mindsets,aiming to provide references and inspiration for promoting the high-quality development of urban rail transit.
