基于站场综合总图的多专业融合设计技术研究

摘要 为避免铁路站场设计过程中因设施设备密集、专业多且各自独立设计引发的设备冲突、接口差错问题,将质量风险控制在设计源头,拟研究基于站场综合总图的多专业融合设计相关技术。研究围绕站场综合总图所需的数据模型、软件实现相关的技术方法以及软件应用于设计的工作流程三方面开展。研究采用逐级分解的方法,将复杂的站场股道分解为直线股道、曲线股道、道岔、车挡,再进一步分解为直线、曲线实体,形成集平纵三维数据和设计时态数据为一体的四维站场平纵拓扑模型;对种类繁多、属性复杂的站内设备的数字化表达需求进行梳理和提炼,归纳出按点线面分类、由专业归属、几何数据、工程属性等构成的设备通用数据模型。研究提出采用成熟数据库技术、数据协同技术、基于CAD图形平台的二次开发技术,以及真实尺寸绘图技术,研发可集成展现多专业设计成果的站场综合总图软件。研究提出基于站场综合总图开展多专业融合设计的工作流程,包括各专业在综合总图中加载并显示外专业设计成果、开展或调整本专业设备设计、为其他专业提供设计数据等内容。研究提出的数字模型、软件实现方法和工作流程等技术方法基本可以满足站场工程多专业融合设计要求,相关技术方法已应用于站场设计软件之综合总图功能模块的研发工作中。 To avoid equipment conflicts and interface errors resulting from dense facilities,multiple disciplines,and independent designs during the railway station yard design process,and to control quality risks at the design source,this study aims to investigate multi-disciplinary integrated design technologies based on the general station yard map.This study focused on three aspects:the data model required for the general station yard map,the technical methods related to software implementation,and the workflow of software application in design.It adopted a step-by-step decomposition method to decompose complex station tracks into straight tracks,curved tracks,turnouts,and bumper posts,which were further decomposed into straight track and curved track entities,forming a four-dimensional station yard topological model that integrated plan and longitudinal three-dimensional data and design temporal data.The digital expression requirements for various types of station yard equipment with complex attributes were sorted out and refined,and a universal data model for equipment was summarized,which was classified by points,lines,and surfaces,and composed of disciplinary ownership,geometric data,engineering attributes,etc.The study proposed the use of mature database technology,data collaboration technology,secondary development technology based on CAD graphics platform,and real-size drawing technology to develop a general station yard map software that could integrate and display multi-disciplinary design results.The study proposed a workflow for multi-disciplinary integrated design based on the general station yard map,including loading and displaying the design results from other disciplines in the general map,conducting or adjusting equipment design for its own discipline,and providing design data for other disciplines.The proposed digital models,software implementation methods,workflow,and other technical methods can basically meet the requirements of multi-disciplinary integrated design in station yard engineering.The relevant technical methods have been applied in the research and development of the general map function module in station yard design software.
