摘要
胶原蛋白是皮肤的主要结构蛋白,对维持皮肤的强度、弹性及修复能力至关重要。随着年龄增长和环境压力的累积,胶原蛋白的合成逐渐减少,而降解速度加快,导致皮肤衰老的典型特征如皱纹加深和松弛。本文全面回顾了胶原蛋白的分子结构及代谢调控机制,特别是基质金属蛋白酶(MMPs)在降解过程中的核心作用。同时,总结了多种抗衰策略,包括维生素、生物活性肽、热休克蛋白及自噬激活剂在延缓胶原蛋白降解及促进其生成中的应用前景。研究表明,靶向胶原蛋白代谢的干预措施可有效改善皮肤老化状况,为抗衰老产品的研发提供了理论基础。
Collagen is the primary structural protein in the skin,essential for maintaining its strength,elasticity,and repair capacity.With aging and cumulative environmental stress,collagen synthesis decreases while degradation accelerates,leading to typical signs of skin aging such as deepened wrinkles and sagging.This paper comprehensively reviews the molecular structure and metabolic regulation of collagen,with a particular focus on the central role of matrix metalloproteinases(MMPs)in its degradation process.Additionally,various anti-aging strategies,including vitamins,bioactive peptides,heat shock proteins,and autophagy activators,are summarized for their potential to delay collagen degradation and promote its synthesis.Findings suggest that targeted interventions in collagen metabolism can effectively mitigate skin aging,providing a theoretical foundation for the development of anti-aging products.
