摘要
目的 探讨涤痰汤结合奥氮平对精神分裂症患者的治疗效果。方法 选择2023年2月—2025年1月抚州市东乡区第二人民医院收治的72例精神分裂症患者,按随机数字表法分2组,各36例。对照组予奥氮平治疗,观察组在此基础上加用涤痰汤治疗。对比2组临床疗效、精神症状[阳性和阴性症状量表(PANSS)评分]、认知功能[简易精神状态评定表(MMSE)、蒙特利尔认知评估量表(MoCA)评分]及不良反应发生情况。结果 观察组总有效率94.44%(34/36)高于对照组的77.78%(28/36)(P<0.05)。治疗后,观察组PANSS评分均低于对照组,MMSE、MoCA评分均高于对照组(P<0.05)。2组不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论 涤痰汤结合奥氮平可增强精神分裂症的治疗效果,减轻患者精神症状,改善其认知功能,安全可靠。
Objective To explore the therapeutic effect of Ditan decoction combined with Olanzapine on schizophrenia.Methods A total of 72 patients with schizophrenia admitted to Dongxiang District Second People’s Hospital from February 2023 to January 2025 were selected and divided into two groups using the random number table method,with 36 cases in each group.The control group was treated with Olanzapine,while the observation group was additionally treated with Ditan decoction on the basis of the control group.The clinical efficacy,psychiatric symptoms[positive and negative syndrome scale(PANSS)scores],cognitive function[mini-mental state examination(MMSE)scores,Montreal cognitive assessment(MoCA)scores]and the incidence of adverse reactions were compared between the two groups.Results The total effective rate of the observation group was 94.44%(34/36),which was higher than 77.78%(28/36)of the control group(P<0.05).After treatment,the PANSS score of the observation group was lower than that of the control group,while the MMSE score and MoCA score of the observation group were higher than those of the control group(P<0.05).There was no statistically significant difference in the incidence of adverse reactions between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The combination of Ditan decoction and Olanzapine can enhance the therapeutic effect on schizophrenia,alleviate patients’psychiatric symptoms,improve their cognitive function,and is safe and reliable.
