摘要
新时期,社会经济的发展对于人才培养实效提出了更高层次的要求。为了更好地适应社会发展的现实需要,在行业领域内形成竞争优势,必须注重综合素养的全面提升。文章以药学伦理学课程教学为基础,通过融入中医药文化,发掘课程丰富多样的思想政治教育资源,共同致力于学生职业素养的提升,构建药学伦理学课程的思政教育的新理念和新模式。在简要分析基础概念和必要性的基础之上,着重探究中医药文化融入药学伦理学课程的思政教育策略,从深挖内容、丰富课程资源,创新方法、优化教学手段以及完善评价、监测指导教学3个方面入手实施。
In the new era,the development of social economy has put forward higher requirements for the effectiveness of talent cultivation.To better meet the practical needs of social development and gain a competitive advantage in the industry,it is essential to focus on the all-round improvement of comprehensive literacy.Based on the teaching of Pharmaceutical Ethics courses,this article explored the rich and diverse ideological and political education resources of the courses by integrating traditional Chinese medicine(TCM)culture.It jointly contributes to the improvement of students'professional literacy and constructs new concepts and new models of ideological and political education for Pharmaceutical Ethics courses.On the basis of a brief analysis of the basic concepts and necessity,this paper focused on exploring the strategies for integrating TCM culture into the ideological and political education of Pharmaceutical Ethics courses.These strategies are implemented from three aspects:digging deeply into content to enrich curriculum resources,innovating methods to optimize teaching approaches,and improving evaluation to monitor and guide teaching.
