摘要
理论创新引领理论武装,用习近平新时代中国特色社会主义思想武装全党、教育人民、指导实践,是当前全党的重要政治任务。理论宣讲作为理论武装工作的关键环节,在推动党的理论路线方针政策深入基层、深入人心,推进马克思主义大众化方面具有重要作用。确保宣讲实效,关键在于健全基层宣讲机构、建强高质量宣讲队伍。基于此,2022年青海省委讲师团调研团队围绕基层宣讲机构与队伍建设,从基本情况、工作成效、问题不足及对策建议四个维度开展实地调研,系统掌握了我省州县基层理论宣讲工作的现实状况。
Theoretical innovation leads to theoretical armament.Using Xi Jinping Thought on Socialism with Chinese Characteristics for a New Era to arm the entire Party,educate the people,and guide practice is an important political task for the entire Party at present.Theoretical publicity,as a key link in theoretical armament,plays an momentous role in promoting the Party's theoretical lines,policies and principles to penetrate to the grassroots level and be deeply rooted in people's hearts,and boosting the popularization of Marxism.Ensuring the effectiveness of publicity lies in improving the grassroots publicity institutions and strengthening high-quality publicity teams.Based on this,in 2022,the research team of the Qinghai Provincial Committee of Lecturers conducted on-site investigations on the construction of grassroots publicity institutions and teams,covering four dimensions as fundamental state,work achievements,problems and countermeasures.They systematically grasped the actual situation of theoretical publicity work at the county and township levels in our province.
