摘要
目的观察肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌病痛经应用归肾丸合失笑散联合隔药饼灸周期调治的临床治疗效果。方法本文选取2021年3月至2023年12月福建省永泰县妇幼保健院中医妇科肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌病痛经64例患者资料进行研究。按照随机数字表法对患者分组,32例患者采取归肾丸合失笑散治疗,设置为对照组,32例患者联合隔药饼灸周期调治,设置为观察组。比较两组疗效。结果观察组主症积分(5.13±1.24)分、次症积分(6.30±0.31)分均低于对照组的(8.79±3.26)分、(9.89±1.01)分(P<0.05)。观察组痛经症状评分、痛经持续时间、疼痛评分(15.06±1.48)分、(6.30±1.24)h、(1.26±0.11)分均低于对照组的(22.63±3.27)分、(9.95±3.31)h、(3.20±0.62)分(P<0.05)。观察组子宫体积、子宫内膜厚度(132.30±12.08)cm3、(9.15±1.01)mm均小于对照组的(170.02±16.60)cm3、(11.02±2.03)mm(P<0.05)。结论归肾丸合失笑散联合隔药饼灸周期调治肾虚血瘀型子宫腺肌病痛经能够缓解患者症状,降低疼痛感,提升治疗效果。
Objective To analyze clinical efficacy of Guishen Pill combined with Shixiao Powder and moxibustion with medicated cake for the treatment of dysmenorrhea in adenomyosis with kidney deficiency and blood stasis syndrome.Methods This study selected data from 64 patients with kidney deficiency and blood stasis type adenomyosis and dysmenorrhea collected in the Traditional Chinese Medicine Gynecology Department of Yongtai County Maternal and Child Health Hospital in Fujian Province from March 2021 to December 2023.According to the random number table method,patients were divided into two groups:32 patients were treated with Guishen Wan combined with Shixiao San as the control group,and 32 patients were treated with a combination of herbal cake moxibustion cycle as the observation group.Compare the therapeutic effects of two groups.Results The main symptom score(5.13±1.24)and secondary symptom score(6.30±0.31)of the observation group were lower than those of the control group(8.79±3.26)and(9.89±1.01)(P<0.05).The symptom score,duration of dysmenorrhea,pain score(15.06±1.48),(6.30±1.24)h,and(1.26±0.11)in the observation group were all lower than those in the control group(22.63±3.27)points,(9.95±3.31)h,and(3.20±0.62)points(P<0.05).The uterine volume and endometrial thickness of the observation group were(132.30±12.08)cm3 and(9.15±1.01)mm,respectively,lower than those of the control group(170.02±16.60)cm3 and(11.02±2.03)mm(P<0.05).Conclusions The combination of Guishen Wan,and Shixiao San and separated moxibustion can relieve patients’symptoms and reduce pain,improving treatment effectiveness.
