摘要
近年来,氢气作为新型医疗气体,具有抗氧化、抗炎和抗凋亡等生物学效应,在神经系统、心脑血管、代谢系统及肿瘤等疾病治疗中显示出安全性和临床效用,具有一定的医学应用前景。从中医学视角认识氢气已有散在研究,但尚缺乏系统论述。本文基于氢气治疗作用的研究进展,从中医视角对氢气的药用价值及应用进行初步探讨,认为氢气可能与中医学营卫之气类似,具有调和营卫的作用,可用于治疗营卫病证,或可被视为“气态药物”,将氢气协同中药方剂拓展应用,为部分临床疾病提供新的治疗方案。
In recent years,hydrogen has emerged as a medical gas with biological effects including anti-oxidation,anti-inflammation and anti-apoptosis.It has shown safety and clinical benefits in the treatment of disorders of the nervous system,cardiovascular and cerebrovascular system,metabolic system and malignancies,suggesting promising prospects for medical application.From the perspective of traditional Chinese medicine(TCM),existing studies on hydrogen remain scattered,and a systematic exposition is still lacking.Based on current evidence regarding the therapeutic actions of hydrogen,this article preliminarily discusses its medicinal value and applications from a TCM perspective.We propose that hydrogen may be analogous to Ying-Wei Qi and capable of harmonizing Ying and Wei,thus being applicable to the treatment of disorders related to Ying-Wei disharmony.Hydrogen may also be regarded as a“gaseous drug”.Its combined use with Chinese herbal formulae may expand therapeutic options and provide new treatment strategies for certain clinical diseases.
