基于Isight的麦弗逊悬架优化研究

摘要 为了改善某轿车麦弗逊前悬架的运动学特性和轮胎磨损情况,进一步提升该轿车的操纵稳定性,使用ADAMS/Car软件建立了麦弗逊悬架模型,利用Isight软件将ADAMS/Car与MATLAB相结合进行协同仿真优化分析。利用拉丁超立方设计方法,重新分析了麦弗逊悬架硬点位置的灵敏度,并使用NSGA-Ⅱ算法,进一步有效优化了车轮定位参数的变化区域范围。经过优化设计后,车轮前束角变化减小了11.8%,车轮外倾角变化减小了20.9%,主销后倾角变化减小了19.2%,主销内倾角的变化减小了15.3%;验证了此次优化设计的有效性。 In order to improve the kinematic characteristics and tire wear of McPherson front suspension of the Car,and further improve the handling stability of the car,the McPherson suspension model was constructed by using ADAMS/Car software,and the cosimulation optimization analysis was carried out by using Isightsoftware to combine ADAMS/Carand MATLAB.By using Latin hypercube design method,the sensitivity of McPherson suspension hardpoint position was analyzed again,and the variation area of wheel alignment parameters was further optimized by using NSGA-Ⅱ algorithm.After optimized design,the change of wheel toe Angle is reduced by 11.8%,the change of wheel camber Angle is reduced by 20.9%,the change of kingpin caster Angle is reduced by 19.2%,and the change of kingpin inclination Angle is reduced by 15.3%.The effectiveness of the optimized design is verified.
