遥感技术在生态环境监测及执法中的运用

摘要 本文重点分析了遥感技术在生态环境监测及执法领域的具体应用情况。在生态环境监测工作中,借助多源遥感数据构建生态环境监测技术体系,可实现对大气、水、生态等多种环境要素的动态监测,提升业务化应用水平。同时,构建“遥感+APP”创新模式,打造多手段协同的遥感监测技术体系,开展一体化设备装备研制,这将引领监测监管走向立体化、工作方式迈向精准化、业务应用趋于简易化。在执法过程中,遥感技术能够辅助精准定位污染源,为执法提供依据,提升执法效果。最终结果表明,遥感技术为生态环境智慧监测与监管开辟了新路径,有助于推动生态环境监测向数智化转型,能够为美丽中国建设筑牢坚实的技术支撑。 This article focuses on analyzing the specific application of remote sensing technology in the fields of ecological environment monitoring and law enforcement.In ecological environment monitoring,by leveraging multi-source remote sensing data to build an ecological environment monitoring technology system,it is possible to achieve dynamic monitoring of various environmental elements such as atmosphere,water,and ecology,and enhance the level of business application.At the same time,by establishing an innovative"remote sensing+APP"model,creating a multi-means collaborative remote sensing monitoring technology system,and developing integrated equipment,it will lead monitoring and supervision towards three-dimensionalization,work methods towards precision,and business applications towards simplicity.In the law enforcement process,remote sensing technology can assist in accurately locating pollution sources,providing a basis for law enforcement and improving law enforcement effectiveness.The final result shows that remote sensing technology has opened up a new path for intelligent ecological environment monitoring and supervision,which is conducive to promoting the transformation of ecological environment monitoring towards digitalization and intelligence,and can provide a solid technical support for the construction of a beautiful China.
