升降机导轨架安全检测技术与方法研究

摘要 施工升降机的导轨架常年服役于野外施工环境,各标准节之间的螺母(或其他形式的锁固连接件)容易松动甚至脱落,一旦发生松脱,极易导致导轨架倾翻,造成严重人身安全和财产损失。文章结合相关专利技术与现代传感检测手段,提出了1种基于锁固连接件身份(ID)检测的升降机导轨架安全检测系统及方法。该系统通过在螺母上贴附具有唯一ID的标签、使用检测装置实时监测并结合高度传感器信息,实现对锁固连接件完整度的动态检测与实时预警,并可在锁固连接件可能脱落或检测次数不足时对吊笼实施自动制动。试验结果表明,该方法具有检测精度高、实施难度低、可扩展性强等优点,可为建筑施工领域提供更加安全可靠的升降机运行保障。 This paper integrating relevant patented technologies with modern sensing detection methods,proposes a safety detection system and method for elevator guide rails based on the identity(ID)detection of locking fasteners.The system involves affixing tags with unique IDs onto the nuts.By using a detection device to monitor these IDs in real-time,combined with data from a height sensor,the system achieves dynamic detection of the integrity of the locking fasteners and provides real-time warnings.Furthermore,it can automatically brake the elevator car if a potential fastener detachment is detected or if the number of detections is insufficient.Experimental results demonstrate that this method offers high detection accuracy,low implementation difficulty,and strong scalability,providing a safer and more reliable operational guarantee for elevators in the construction field.
