摘要
为研究泥岩路基填料强度特性及改良方法,文章以某高填方工点的典型泥岩为研究对象,通过室内试验评价泥岩填料的路用性能,并采用P425硅酸盐水泥进行改良,设置2%、4%、6%等3种水泥掺量,开展无侧限抗压强度、回弹模量、CBR承载比及膨胀率试验,分析水泥改良对泥岩填料力学性能的影响。研究结果表明,未改良泥岩填料路用性能较弱,表现出一定的膨胀性和较低的力学强度;水泥改良显著提升了填料的抗压强度、承载能力及抗变形性能,同时有效抑制了膨胀变形,提高了填料的体积稳定性和工程适应性。
To investigate the strength characteristics and improvement methods of mudstone subgrade filler,this study focused on typical mudstone from a high-fill embankment site.Indoor tests were conducted to evaluate the road performance of the mudstone filler.P425 Portland cement was used for improvement,with three cement content ratios(2%,4%and 6%).Tests including unconfined compressive strength,resilient modulus,California Bearing Ratio(CBR),and swell rate were carried out to analyze the effect of cement improvement on the mechanical properties of the mudstone filler.The results indicate that the unimproved mudstone filler has poor road performance,exhibiting certain expansibility and low mechanical strength.Cement improvement significantly enhanced the filler's compressive strength,bearing capacity and anti-deformation performance,while effectively suppressing swelling deformation,thus improving the filler's volume stability and engineering applicability.The research findings provide a technical reference for high-fill subgrade engineering in soft rock areas.
