摘要
远程数字控制的核工业废料搬运起重机主要用于吊运核废物,这些物品不仅受到一定的核辐射,同时一些核粉尘对其也有一定的污染,因此必须装到特定的容器内,集中码放在核废物库中与生物界隔离。远程数字控制的核工业废料搬运起重机是为核工业发电机组配套的专用起重设备,属于远距数控起重机依据核岛的特殊特性而开发的起重设备,故此类起重机必须具有安全可靠、运行平稳和定位精准的特点。文章为满足以上类型要求,提出了远程数字控制的核工业废料搬运起重机的设计技术。
Remote digitally controlled cranes for nuclear industry waste handling are primarily designed for lifting and transporting nuclear waste.These items are not only exposed to certain levels of nuclear radiation but also potentially contaminated by nuclear dust.They must be loaded into specialized containers and centrally stacked in nuclear waste repositories to achieve isolation from the biosphere.As specialized lifting equipment supporting nuclear power generating units,such cranes are developed based on the unique characteristics of nuclear islands,thus requiring inherent safety,reliability,stable operation,and precise positioning.The technology presented in this paper is proposed to meet the aforementioned performance requirements.
