摘要
文章设计基于态势感知的变电站应急辅助决策系统。通过对数据采集层与应急决策层的设置,确定系统总体架构的建模形式。在此基础上,利用传感器网络进行变电站的实时态势感知,并根据电压、电流预警阈值的设定情况,完善具体决策流程,实现基于态势感知的变电站应急辅助决策系统设计。实验结果表明,当变电站网络存在电压与电流突变问题时,利用上述系统可以在较短时间内感知到电力信号的变化情况,能够有效缩短变电设备所需的应急响应时间。
This paper presents a situational awareness-based emergency decision support system for substations.The system architecture is established through the design of a data acquisition layer and an emergency decision-making layer.Leveraging a sensor network,the system enables real-time situational awareness of substation operations.The decision-making workflow is refined based on predefined voltage and current warning thresholds,thereby realizing a closed-loop emergency response mechanism.Experimental results demonstrate that,in the presence of abrupt voltage or current transients,the proposed system can rapidly detect anomalies in electrical signals,significantly reducing the emergency response time for substation equipment.
