摘要
文章基于物联网技术,设计了一种面向农村电网的智能运检系统,从硬件感知层、数据处理层到软件决策层进行系统性构建。硬件方面,系统集成了温度监控、SF_(6)气体监控、图像识别等多种传感模块,实现对设备运行状态的全面感知与实时采集;软件方面,构建了以模糊C均值聚类算法为核心的数据处理平台,对海量巡检数据进行分类、分析与智能预警。实验结果表明,基于物联网的农村电网智能运检系统在响应时间与检测准确率方面均优于传统人工巡检方式,能够显著提升农村电网的智能化运维水平与安全管理能力。
This paper presents an intelligent operation and maintenance(O&M)system for rural power grids based on the Internet of Things(IoT),systematically structured across three layers:the hardware perception layer,the data processing layer,and the software decision-making layer.On the hardware side,the system integrates multiple sensing modules—including temperature sensors,SF_(6)gas sensors,and video surveillance units—to enable comprehensive and real-time monitoring of power equipment operational status.On the software side,the system features a data processing platform centered on the fuzzy C-means(FCM)clustering algorithm,which classifies and analyzes large-scale inspection data to generate automated alerts for potential anomalies.Experimental results demonstrate that the proposed IoT-based O&M system outperforms traditional manual inspection in both response time and detection accuracy,significantly enhancing the intelligence and safety management capabilities of rural power grid operations.
