摘要
在城市治理日益数字化的背景下,城市记忆作为文化资源与治理要素的制度化表达,正受到广泛关注。数字档案馆作为记忆的技术载体与制度节点,正经历从封闭管理向开放参与的功能转型。文章从集体记忆理论与文化治理视角出发,探讨城市数字记忆的制度生成逻辑,分析数字档案馆在其中的角色演化与制度功能重构。
Against the backdrop of the increasing digitalization of urban governance,urban memory—as the institutionalized expression of cultural resources and governance elements—is receiving widespread attention.As both a technological infrastructure and an institutional node for preserving memory,digital archives are undergoing a functional shift from closed custodianship to open public participation.Drawing on collective memory theory and cultural governance,this paper examines the institutional logic underpinning urban digital memory and analyzes the evolving role and institutional reconfiguration of digital archives within this process.
