面向M701F4联合循环机组的高压主蒸汽超温处理技术

摘要 文章以衢州常山某电厂三菱M701F4型燃气-蒸汽联合循环机组为研究对象,提出了高压主蒸汽超温处理技术。设计面向M701F4联合循环机组超温的分体式减温器结构,结合减温水调节阀控制逻辑,计算主蒸汽减温水所需要流量配比,通过更换新型的阀门及定位器,实现高压主蒸汽超温处理。实验结果表明,使用所研究技术主蒸汽温度与设定目标温度仅存在最大为5℃的误差,且实时响应时间最短为0.3s,有延长了主蒸汽管道管材使用寿命,机组安全性得到大大提高。 Taking the Mitsubishi M701F4 gas-steam combined cycle unit at a power plant in Changshan,Quzhou as the research object,this paper proposes a high-pressure main steam overtemperature mitigation technology.A splittype desuperheater structure tailored for the M701F4 combined cycle unit under overtemperature conditions was designed.Combined with the control logic of the desuperheating water regulating valve,the required flow rate of desuperheating water was calculated.By replacing the valves and positioners with new models,the overtemperature issue in the high-pressure main steam was effectively addressed.The experimental results show that the main steam temperature deviates from the setpoint by no more than 5°C,with a minimum real-time response time of 0.3 s.This approach has extended the service life of the main steam piping material and significantly enhanced unit safety.
