职业教育现场工程师高质量培养研究——基于NVivo与fsQCA的混合分析

摘要 科技产业智能升级加速,技能人才缺口扩大,对培育适配新型生产体系的现场工程师提出了更高要求。本研究融合NVivo质性编码与fsQCA组态分析,突破单一研究方法的局限,提取潜在变量并构建条件组合。以18个省份区域的27所高职院校为案例,探究职业教育现场工程师高质量培养路径。研究发现,现场工程师的高质量培养需要培养设计、课程体系、师资队伍、资源设施、多元评价五因素协同联动。研究据此构建了四条组合路径,并归纳为资源设施配置型、资源与评价耦联型、多维要素嵌合型三类模式,明确资源设施为必备元素,多元评价为关键共性要素,课程体系为核心载体。该研究结果为不同基础条件下的职业教育现场工程师培养机制提供了数据支撑与实证参考。 The intelligent upgrading of the technology industry is accelerating,leading to a widening gap in skilled talents.This has raised higher demands for cultivating field engineers who are compatible with the new production system.To overcome the limitation of one single research method,this study integrates NVivo qualitative coding and fsQCA configurational analysis to extract potential variables and construct combinations of conditions.Taking 27 higher vocational colleges in 18 provinces as case studies,this research explores high-quality cultivating pathways for field engineers in vocational education.The study finds that the high-quality cultivating of field engineers requires the coordinated interaction of five factors:cultivation design,curriculum system,teaching staff,resource facilities and diversified evaluation.Based on this,four combined pathways are constructed and summarized into three models:resource facility configuration type,resource and evaluation coupling type,and multi-dimensional element integration type.It is clarified that resource facilities are essential elements,diversified evaluation is a key common element,and the curriculum system is the core carrier.The findings of this study provide data support and empirical reference for the cultivation mode of field engineers under different basic conditions.
