职业教育赋能新型职业农民数字能力提升:价值意蕴、现实困境与策略选择

Vocational Education Empowering the Improvement of Digital Capability of New-Type Professional Farmers:Value Discovery,Practical Dilemmas and Strategy Selection

摘要 随着数字经济的兴起,现代农业生产正向数字农业转型发展,由此催生出新型职业农民对数字能力提升的强烈需求。然而,新型职业农民数字能力提升仍面临诸多挑战:数字农业技术融入职业教育课程不足;职业教育教学方法和组织形式难以适应数字农业技术应用;校企合作浅层化导致职业教育人才培养与数字化产业发展脱节;职业教育数字化培训体系建设的政策协同与资源保障有待强化。为助力新型职业农民数字化素养和技能提升,应强化顶层设计,建立多主体协同参与的农民数字化培育机制;加强职业教育培训课程体系建设,注重数字教学资源整合与共享;强化职业教育数字化教学方法及教学组织形式的革新与实践;加速职业教育数字化实践教学体系的完善。 With the rise of the digital economy,modern agricultural production is transforming into digital agriculture,which has spawned a strong demand for new-type professional farmers to improve their digital capabilities.However,the improvement of digital capabilities of new-type professional farmers still faces many challenges including that the integration of digital agricultural technology into vocational education courses is insufficient;the teaching methods and organizational forms of vocational education are difficult to adapt to the application and development of digital agricultural technology;the shallow cooperation between schools and enterprises leads to the disconnection between the training of vocational education talents and the development of digital industry;the policy coordination and resource guarantee of the construction of the digital training system of vocational education need to be strengthened.In order to improve the digital literacy and skills of new-type professional farmers,it is necessary to strengthen top-level design to build a digital cultivating mechanism of farmers with multi-agent collaborative participation;deepen the construction of vocational education training course system and emphasize the integration and sharing of digital teaching resources;strengthen the innovation and practice of digital teaching methods and teaching organization forms in vocational education;and accelerate the construction and improvement of the digital practical teaching system in vocational education.
