摘要
目的探讨四子散中药热奄包敷脐治疗对防治前列腺增生电切术后便秘的临床疗效。方法选取2023年8月至2025年5月茂名市中医院100例行前列腺电切术后便秘患者作为研究对象,根据随机数字表法分为对照组与研究组,每组50例。对照组口服聚乙二醇4000散治疗,研究组采用四子散热奄包敷脐治疗,分析并比较两组患者的治疗效果。结果研究组治疗总有效率显著优于对照组(96.00%比82.00%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组大便性状、排便费力程度、排便不尽感等各项症状积分均低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);经过72 h治疗,研究组在便秘相关生活质量量表(Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life Questionnaire,PAC-QOL)、症状自评量表(Patient Assessment of Constipation-Symptoms,PAC-SYM)以及便秘评估量表(Constipation Assessment Scale,CAS)得分均明显少于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);研究组满意度高于对照组,不良反应发生率(腹痛、腹泻、皮疹)低于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论四子散热奄包敷脐热熨治疗,能明显改善前列腺电切术后患者的便秘症状,有利于其术后快速康复。
Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy of Sizi powder in treating constipation after transurethral resection of prostate.Method A total of 100 patients with constipation after transurethral resection of prostate in Maoming Hospital of traditional Chinese medicine from August 2023 to May 2025 were selected as the research objects and randomly divided into control group and study group,with 50 cases in each group.The control group was treated with polyethylene glycol 4ooo powder,and the study group was treated with Sizi powder herbal hot compress pack applied to the navel.The therapeutic effects of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Result The total effective rate of the study group was significantly better than the control group(96.00%vs.82.00%),and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Symptom scores including stool consistency,straining,and sensation of incomplete evacuation were significantly lower in the study group compared with the control group(P<0.05).After 72 hours of treatment,scores of the Patient Assessment of Constipation Quality of Life Questionnaire(PAC-QOL),the Patient Assessment of Constipation-Symptoms(PAC-SYM),and the Constipation Assessment Scale(CAS)were all markedly lower in the study group than in the control group(P<0.05).Moreover,patient satisfaction was higher and the incidence of adverse reactions(abdominal pain,diarrhea,rash)was lower in the study group than in the control group(P<O.05).Conclusion The application of Sizi powder herbal hot compress pack on the navel can significantly improve constipation symptoms in patients after TURP and promote postoperative recovery.
