摘要
以云贵地区溶岩区域某铁路车站工程边坡治理为背景,并依托于边坡设计的方形抗滑桩,对方形桩机械成孔工艺进行研究和应用。结果表明:采用一种梅花状引孔后,再用方形成孔机械成孔的技术,解决了方形成孔的难点;经过工效和成本分析该梅花状引孔施工技术相较于传统人工挖孔技术,具有工效提升显著、成本投入更少,还能极大地降低安全风险等优点,可做为方形桩成孔优选施工工艺技术。
Based on the slope treatment of a railway station project in the karst area of Yunnan and Guizhou,relying on the square anti-slide piles in the slope design,the mechanical hole-forming technology of square piles was studied and applied.The results show that by using a plum blossom-shaped pilot hole and then forming a square hole with mechanical equipment,the difficulties in square hole formation were solved.Through the analysis of work efficiency and cost,it is found that the plum blossom-shaped pilot hole construction technology has significant advantages over the traditional manual hole-digging technology,such as significantly improved work efficiency,lower cost input and greatly reduced safety risks.Therefore,it can be regarded as the preferred construction technology for square pile hole formation.
