氨基化多壁碳纳米管对盐酸介质中Pd(Ⅱ)吸附性能的研究

Study on the adsorption performance of Pd(Ⅱ)in hydrochloric acid mediumby amino-modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes

摘要 制备了氨基化多壁碳纳米管(MWCNTs-NH2)吸附剂,利用红外光谱、拉曼光谱、XPS、SEM等对其化学结构进行表征,采用静态吸附法系统研究酸度、温度、浓度、时间、吸附容量、选择性、重复使用性、热力学及动力学模型等重要吸附参数,在此基础上对盐酸介质中MWCNTs-NH2吸附Pd(Ⅱ)的机理进行探讨。结果表明,在p H值为3.0时,MWCNTs-NH2对Pd(Ⅱ)静态饱和吸附容量为98.20 mg/g;吸附为吸热反应,符合Langmuir等温吸附模型及准二级动力学方程。MWCNTs-NH2可用于含有汽车废催化剂浸出液中钯的分离,其分离因子β(DPd/DM)均>10^(3);重复使用3次,Pd(Ⅱ)饱和吸附容量没有明显减少。 Amino-modified multi-walled carbon nanotubes(MWCNTs-NH_(2))forabsorbingPd(Ⅱ)were prepared,and their chemical structures were characterized with infrared spectroscopy,Raman spectroscopy,XPS,and SEM.The static adsorption method was systematically employed to study important adsorption parameters such as acidity,temperature,concentration,time,adsorption capacity,selectivity,reusability,thermos-dynamics,and kinetic models.Based on these studies,the relatedabsorping mechanism in hydrochloric acid medium was explored.Experimental results show that the static saturation adsorption capacity of Pd(Ⅱ)byMWCNTs-NH_(2) is 98.20 mg/g at pH=3.0.Adsorption is an endothermic reaction,consistent with the Langmuir isotherm adsorption model and the quasi-second-order kinetic equation.MWCNTs-NH_(2) can be used for the separation of palladium from leachates ofspent automotive catalysts,with a separation factorβ(DPd/DM)>10^(3).After three reuse cycles,there was no significant decrease in the saturated adsorption capacity of Pd(Ⅱ).
