摘要
提升农业经济韧性是推动农业现代化建设的核心任务,而数字经济正成为强化农业经济韧性的重要引擎。本文利用2011—2022年我国31个省份的面板数据,通过构建多维指标体系测算数字经济发展水平和农业经济韧性,运用固定效应模型深入探究数字经济对农业经济韧性的影响。实证分析显示,发展数字经济能够显著增强农业经济韧性,这一结论在经过多种稳健性检验后仍然成立;进一步机制检验表明,数字经济主要通过提升绿色技术创新水平来强化农业经济韧性;异质性分析结果揭示,数字经济的促进作用在中西部地区以及非粮食主产区表现更为突出,而在东部地区和粮食主产区的影响相对较弱。基于此,本文提出全面深化数字技术在农业领域的融合应用、强化绿色技术创新的中介传导作用、实施区域差异化数字赋能策略三方面政策建议,以供参考。
Enhancing the resilience of the agricultural economy is a central task in advancing agricultural modernization,and the digital economy is emerging as a key driver for strengthening this resilience.Based on panel data from 31 provinces(2011-2022)in China,this study constructs a multidimensional indicator system to measure the development level of the digital economy and the resilience of the agricultural economy.It then employs a fixed-effects model to conduct an in-depth investigation into the impact of the former on the latter.The empirical results indicate that the digital economy significantly improves agricultural economic resilience,a finding robust to various tests.Mechanism analysis confirms green technology innovation as a key transmission channel.Moreover,the effect is more pronounced in central-western regions and non-major grain-producing areas,but limited in eastern and major grain-producing regions.Policy implications include deepening digital technology integration,leveraging green innovation,and implementing region-specific digital strategies.
