In the era of digital economy,promoting digital transformation and leading high-quality development with digitalization has become the consensus of state-owned enterprises.As an advanced method of centralized fund management,treasury is the entry point and breakthrough point for enterprises to carry out financial digital transformation.The construction of a treasury management system has become an important part of enterprise digital transformation and the integration of business and finance.Focusing on the theme of the construction of treasury management system for state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang,the study expounds the meanings of digital transformation and treasury management,analyzes the motivations and guarantee measures for building a treasury management system,and particularly explores the scheme for the construction of treasury management system for state-owned enterprises under the background of digital transformation.The aim is to create an efficient treasury management model that suits the operation of state-owned enterprises in Heilongjiang under the digital environment and actively promote the high-quality development of state-owned enterprises.
