摘要
随着钢铁工业向智能化、高效化方向转型,轧钢厂的轧辊间管理作为热轧带钢生产的关键环节,亟需通过智能化技术提升设备利用率、降低能耗并保障生产稳定性。本文以某钢铁企业热轧厂轧辊间为研究对象,提出一种基于物联网(IoT)、大数据分析与PLC控制技术的智能轧辊间系统,通过实时监测轧辊状态、优化调度策略及动态调整系统参数,同时包括所有辊系的管理,磨床状态管理等内容,显著提升了磨削效率和磨削质量,针对轧辊间智能化的关键和难点,提出了相应的解决方案,为行业智能化改造提供参考。
With the transformation of the iron and steel industry towards intelligence and high efficiency,the management of the roll shop in the steel rolling mill,as a key link in the production of hot-rolled strip steel,urgently needs to improve equipment utilization,reduce energy consumption,and ensure production stability through intelligent technologies.This article takes the roll shop of the hot rolling mill ofan Iron and Steel Co.,Ltd.,as the research object,and proposes an intelligent roll shop system based on the Internet of Things(IoT),big data analysis,and PLC control technologies.By monitoring the status of the rolls in real time,optimizing the scheduling strategy,and dynamically adjusting the system parameters,and also including the management of all roll systems,the status management of the grinding machines,etc.,it significantly improves the grinding efficiency and grinding quality.Corresponding solutions are also proposed for the pain points and breakthroughs in the intelligentization of the roll shop,providing a reference for the intelligent transformation of the industry.
